WilliamsEngineering PC exists to assist owners develop and implement capital project portfolios which improve manufacturing and research facilities.
Owners are being challenged with resource allocation and experience and thus are open to engaging experienced professionals familiar with and focused on all aspects of the project process.
Project Management includes project development and submission, schedules, cost basis using multiple resources, engaging owner teams, equipment vendors, contractors, spare parts identification, check out and commissioning plans, training, and project close out.
These project elements are all important and need to be properly planned and metrics met for a successful project. Primarily Safety, Quality, Cost, and Schedule.
There is additional complexity should the project involve major outages to complete, special experience and knowledge is required.
